What's in it?

If you’re drawn to the organic process of pinching, this short course offers an immersive introduction to one of pottery’s most intuitive techniques. Learn to form strong, expressive structures from clay perfect for creating vessels and forms inspired by nature. The process encourages presence and flow, inviting you to experience making as a meditative act. What your week looks like: Day 1: Design and sketch three wares, plan production Day 2: Create strong pinch structures for all pieces Day 3: Assemble forms, clean, finish, and decorate Day 4: Sand, repair, and prepare greenware we will attempt to create three small pinch projects over the duration of the course. a 3-day drying break will be observed for biscuit firing. Day 5: Glaze your wares For ages 12+

Fees Include: Clay, materials, and tools. Reservations: No walk-ins allowed. Please reserve in advance as spots are limited. Additional Charges: Firing and glazing are chargeable at an additional ₹1000 per ware (max adult palm size).
